My name is Luis I had a policy that covered a 1993 Mazda and 1989 pick up Nissan, I finihed paying liability insurance on both cars in August 2005 to be covered until march of 2006. I sold both cars by January 30,2006. On February I had purchased a 2003 Toyota 4-runner. I went to the ACSC office in Lomita, CA. They told me that I had a previous balance of $755 no one could explain me what was this about. I made one payment of $250 but I kept calling them. I was not satisfied with there answer. I made a second paymentto keep the 4-runner insured. in April I trade it in for a 2006 Rav-4. So the 4-runner's insurance was not longer needed. Now ACSC is charging me with $158.61 late fees and finance charges. I believe they owe me for this "previous balance" Original premium. I'm looking forward to solve this matter. Thank you

Policy number G83894XX effective 2-04-05 liability insurance for a 1989 Nissan pick up and a Mazda 626 for $755 expired 2-04-06.I made the last payment in July 2005.I sold both cars before the end of January of 2006.AAA charged me again $755 when I asked the clerk about this charge she said it was a "previous balance"I had to pay so I could insured a Toyota 4runner purchased in January,30,2006..AAA charge again $755 plus I made on 2/01/06 a payment $250 and one last payment on 03/20/06 of $200.Due to a problem with the 4runner I trade it in and got a 2006 Rav-4 instead.About a month ago I spoke to an AWA collection agent (David Smith)he told me that he was going to talk with AAA rep. so they could send and Itemized statement to clearfy this "previous balance charge".Instead I received today a letter threatening to ruin my credit report;I thought that I was going to get a review of the case. This is very unfair and I need help to get my money back and get this straighten out.Thank you for your response.Sincerely
