This Company's furniture products are poor quality reproductions of modern furniture.  The first indication that the product would be damaged was an email I recieved prior to shipping requesting a business address, instead of a home address, allegedly to prevent shipping damage.  When the box was delivered, it was in terrible condition (my doorman signed acknowledging delivery of the item).  When I took the various parts of the furniture out of the box, there were SEVERAL major dents/ damaged areas throughout, which I promptly informed Interior Trade Furniture about. Their response was that someone had signed for the box indicating it was "ok" and thus there was no recourse against the so-called unaffiliated freight company (Pilot Freight).  THIS IS ABSURD and I believe a regular course of business for this company to sell damaged, inferior quality furniture and then claim that they had nothing to do with it.  They offered a $50 credit (which is less than 10% of the cost of my item) and I am left with a terrible looking piece of furniture that wobbles with drawers that do not fit properly.  A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION.  Buyer BEWARE.
