 I believe it. If you look at any reviews, they all say the same thing. I read the reviews and saw a couple good ones so i figured since i pretty much dud all the work for them, i shouldnt have a problem. WRONG! I have good credit, the place i applied to needed me to make 3xs the rent and i only made 2.5xs the rent. I did all the hard work for them. I payed the apartment the $500 security deposit and was approved for everything except the income requirement. So i contacted interiors by lamar to be my guarantor but in order to be approved they have to have good credit as well. Instead of telling me they dont have credit they let me wait for months telling me they were working on it. So i called the apartment and she told me they told him a while ago they were unable to work woth them because they Do Not Have Credit! And they dont work with any apartment in my state. I gave them $475 out of my savings for a service i never recieved! And they wont give it back! That was my last! We are in the middle if a pandemic and they stole from me. I sent interiors by lamar $475 back in May and they wont give it back! The hardest part is the fact that i told my daughters we were finally getting our own home. It has been a hard couple of years. I am separated with 2 kids, 11 and 5. I gave these men some of our savings which is exhausted now and they think it is okay to steal from people

While your statement that you sent to Ripoffreport.com was quite interesting seeing as though that now you have false made a public accussation against me. Let me first correct a few things.

1. Georgia is an “employment-at-will” state, which means that an employer or employee may generally terminate an employment relationship at any time and for any reason (GA Stat. Sec. 34-7-1)
2. The accurancy of your statement for the amount that you were suppose to receive of $2900 is false because the clients budget and rental amount was not close
3. By releasing this information of such client (including but not limited name, address and other information) you have breach the Confidentiality Agreement that you agreed to when starting your Employment at Interiors By Lamar on October 3, 2016.  
4. Per our conversation that we discussed via phone verbally and via text message conversation, your employment was termed effective October 1 when you as an employe failed to exude professionalism per your client and there concerns when contacting the office
5. The employee, Terrell Simmons has also failed to mention that while employeed at Interiors By Lamar and also living with the owner Brandon Clark (self) he was also notified that he would be responsible for covering all expenses that incurred once he has closed a deal. 
6. On December 19, 2016, Terrell was also informed that his perfomance was not only noted but also written per the company guidelines and that his goals and expectation should be met. 

Upon all the above facts, Terrell was not only given numerous warnings and notfications, This was not his only source of income as Terrell was employeed at Topman in Lenox Mall in Atlanta, GA and Also moved away to Columbus, OH without proper notice and started working another job which inovertedly effected his work performance because he was not available to take client calls nor respond to emails efficiently.

While Terrell inaccurated stated that money was Embezzled, Clients of any nature whether personal or company given are intellectual properties and therefore the client belongs to Interiors By Lamar not Terrell Simmons.

I am more than willing to provide documents and all information in regards to this but I will not tolerate tarnishment or defamation from a disgruntle employee that has not performed to the expectation of the company nor will I have an adult has his father call to handle a adult matter.
