Interjet Rafael, Mario and can't remember the other guys name Poor Excuse of a company Mexico City Internet

I went through JustFly to book a trip and the airline was Interjet-  Due to recent weather, earthquake of 8.5 and state warning advisory of safety traveling to Cancun I connected with Justfly to adjust location or date of our trip.  Just fly advised that Interjet has a policy not to adjust destination- and if dates are changed that we would be penalized $173.00 per person.

I called Interjet and was advised this was not the case-but when I asked what can we do and how we can work through this I was advised to hold on and they would transfer me to some department that would have more information- transfered and on hold 30 minutes.- called back went through the same song and dance -again transferred into the abyss... called the third time quite twisted up in a knot- wanted to transfer but again, no supervisor, no other name to connect with- 

So my option is eat the $558.00- or pay $346 change dates get charged more money for the flight as well-

Southwest blows airline companies like this out of the water!!!!
