International Association Of Investors failed to fulfill classes Venice Florida

i signed up for a real estate course , which includes 3 seminars to be held in vancouver, bc, canada way back in april 2008. i have already attended 2 and to date still waiting to attend the 3rd , Creative financing. i called them many times to ask when they are scheduling it. all she tells me no classes are being scheduled and the last time she emailed me to tell me it won't be scheduled till next year and my other option is to fly at my expense to attend it in another city. i feel i should not be waiting so long for a course have already paid and i should be compensated for a third of the fees until they are sure they can schedule it.
