 Merchant Processing as a industry is very deceptive to merchants, alot of lies and fees hiked at interval times of the year and they are not aware of the cost because the service company makes it hard for the merchant to read the statement and contract  so there is deceptive practices to leave them in the dark.

International Bancard is no exception on the most part they tell the truth but when signing an application the merchant does not realize the termination fee which is very high for the industry and as sales we were told not to mention the fee unless the merchant ask which they do not ask because alot of them not aware.

This company is a revolving door, not disgruntled have always had something going on other than one positon, leads that you use are 3-4 years old which every agent before you that revolved has called and they are not interested promises of new leads and new software is being developed but it takes awhile for this to come online.

Worked for a very brief period thought it might be something different to explore, boy was I wrong this business does need to regulated which hopefully will happen in the next two years.

When working for this company there is no entrepreneurial spirit whatsoever oh yeah, they totally ask that you think outside the box which I was doing but cut short.   The inside management seems nice enough up front but will stab you in the back in a heart beat.  The owner is a little weird have not figured that one out and do not care to just strange.

Oh yeah on my supposedly exit they said that one of the reasons was due to attendance, I have very good discipline and work ethics never late never took days off obeyed the rules, longest inside sales person right now is 2 years not very long.

They are supposedly gearing up so be aware they are good at lies and intimdation not my way to work or treat people if you want to get ahead in this world. 

If you like the color orange and like to work with maybe a guard breathing down your back and/or a warden this place is for you go for it!!!

There is no money to be made in commissions the spilts are horrible for the work.  Also, on the website they express approachable, professional, financially-savy, friendly, knowledgeable, results-oriented, entrepreneurial, innovative and exceptional this description does not fit this company.  On their sight the people that are shown in different scenes I counted 8 still working presently.
