International Bancard Continued to withdraw a minimum fee and other fees of $62.90 per month, never sent a statement and then deducted $599.00 for early cancellation fee. Detroit Michigan

The business sold to a new owner and credit card processing changed in April 2017. The old owner did not have a contract and was not told about early cancellation fee, in fact, she had returned to this company after leaving once before and told there would not be a cancellation fee.  This is a small office in a small town.  The merchant continued to take out $62.90 per month never sent a statement or inquired why there were no transactions after March 2017.  International Bancard collected over $600.00 in fees for non-transactions and then just helped themselves to another $599.00.
