international beauty school was terminated because i wanted to withdraw from her school and transfer martinsburg West Virginia

!!! AndI recently transfered to the international beauty school in martinsburg wva, i was attending school in maryland before i came to wva and had good grades and great attendance.  I was convince by one of the owners that i would enjoy this school and it was a so called good school. The whole time i was there they didnt care about there students, they only cared about their selves and the money they were spending. I transfered in on aug 14,2014 and went to transfer back out yesterday on oct 31,2014 and she trys to talk me into staying which was not happening so she refused to let me withdraw in front of the front desk lady and the teachers, students etc then tells me she is terminating me. I never did anything to be terminated besides wanting to withdraw from her school . Come to find out she never collected any of my work for the month of october and i think she was terminating me so she could try to keep my 12000 dollars which is for a year of education , not two months. This school is a rip off
