International Cargo Movers NJI NJEM they had me pay 200 dollars to reserve a plane and then said the weather was bad so i owed an additional 480 dollars and i didn't pay that Internet

i was going to buy an english bulldog online and i found one, so i wrote the lady about it and she said that all i would have to pay is 200 dollars to get the dog shipped and she would take the dog to the airport in the morning, so i recieved an email from the cargo movers (scammers) and they said that the dog would be sent in the morning. in the morning they called me and told me that there was a problem with the weather so i would have to pay 480 dollars for a deposit on a regulatory crate, and then i got real mad and became extreemly suspicious, the guy called me back and tried to get the 480 dollars from me and i spent about a half hour bitching them out trying to get my money back but they said it was non-refundable, but i did not pay the 480 gladly because i went on the internet and started researching them and realized that it was a scam. and they called me from the number (626-771-0198) which is in california
