International Education Research Foundation Inc Did not give me satisfactory transcript evaluation, and did not offer any refund when approached by the Better Business Bureau Culver City California

I paid the $165.00 dollar fee that IERF requests for a transcript evaluation that includes a detail report that they suggest is good for transfer credit. I submitted my transcript from Canada and the report I then recieved from IERF basically confirmed that I had a valid transcript and that the courses I took had equivalents in the USA. I assumed the report would be specific about what the equivalent courses would be, but the report just said that there were equivalents. I wanted to use the report for transfer credits, which the web site said it would be good for. It was absolutely no good without any specifics, which is what my current school needed in order to give me my proper transfer credits. I basically paid $165 to be told that I had a valid transcript, what a rip off.

I approached the Better Business Bureau with my concerns. They very helpful and contacted IERF. IERF refused to give me any refund.

I strongly urge everyone not to deal with IERF.
