First off they get you to pay immediately by offering a school that is located within 30 minutes of your location, but there are only a few openings left, and next class will be in texas or west coast so you better join quick...
then they take up to 3months promising total background checks... security clearances etc etc...then when you contact them on why you have not heard from them they tell you school was overbooked...then promise you jobs in excess of $150K to $200K in IRAQ and AFGHANISTAN etc etc...then you are put into the waiting mode again...I joined September 2008 and it is now APRIL 2009...AND I have talked to everyone possible in this company but LEE COLEMAN...
Now the phones are no longer in service...I contacted the BBB in Tennessee about this company and there reports were HORRENDOUS about how this company has been using there BBB logo ILLEGALLY and will not answer complaints filed against them...Talked with another Security Contractor in California and they said IES had copied there training manual (and had changed a few words here and there) what I will tell you is LEE COLEMAN AND ASSOCIATES will need personal bodyguards to protect THEM when I show up at thier facilities...Mr Coleman has been arrested for impersonating a POLICE OFFICER as well as FBI AGENT...
I am an ex-Marine and I plan on showing that whole crowd why they F***ed with the wrong one this time..
There is no way to get my $$$ back...but Lee COLEMAN AND HIS AGENTS are gonna take a trip to BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN

I was told by RLC that the Secret Service confiscated everything from International Executive Services but the guy told me that the company was being picked on and was an outstanding company , YEAH RIGHT. They also said that they are giving the people that paid the other company what they paid for so I filed for them to take care of me but I doubt that anything will happen.
