INTERNATIONAL FORUM GROUP (IFG) is a front for Marcus Evans where they claim to provide access to Family Offices (FO). They target hedge funds, private equities, REIT's and many other money managers as a base for their so called services. 

They force their sales reps to lie to prospective consumers by creating artificial urgency to sell 12 or 24 face to face meetings with CIO's or CEO's of family offices over a 100 million in AUM. They lie and create fake stories about competitors of the prospect to create interest and confuse the consumer into this honey trap.

I have personally attended one of their events which took place at the ritz carlton and found out that the guaranteed meetings were a farce and most of the attendees from the family office side were low level analysts who were their for a free 2 day tour and had ABSOLUTELY no interest and authority in investing a dime. 

Though there was a refund clause I was not given my money back and to cover up their lies they tried to make me meet with some intern who was accompanying an analyst to make sure they kept their part of the agreement.

To all the money managers out there: THE BEST WAY TO MARKET YOUR PRODUCT IS REFERRALS OR WORD OF MOUTH!! Please dont waste 59,900USD on this fake front entity. They pay their sales people a meagre 1500USD a month and most of them have no education or are high school students who are trained on a daily basis to make sure they can lie well.
