International Kennel Club ripoff dishonest, untruthful, preys on weak people, lies, do not abide by their word Paramus New Jersey

My mom's toy poodle died she was so devastated i went and looked for another dog. She has breast cancer and she needed a replacement for her first dog that she lost. I went to International Kennel Club. They had a toy poodle. I told my mother about her and she went back with my sister and she bought the dog. The first week of having the dog(daisy) she got ill. She was vomiting and diarrhea. We went back to the pet shop told them what happened they told us to go to a vet that was part of the warranty and it would cost my mother nothing. Now in my mother's condition she ran around to go to this vet and it was all bulls**t. It was not free they expected my mother to pay. My mother was told she would not have to lay out any money. The vet said she had to pay. She said forget and left.

She brought Daisy to vet she brought her other dog instead. She paid for the visit and gave the bill to the pet shop and they reimbursed her. Daisy had Giardia and Coccidia. In two weeks again the same thing happened vomiting and diarehhea. Back to the vet again. Pet shop reimbursed my mother again. A few weeks later again back to the vet the same issue with only giardia. Pet shop said they would not reimburse my mother this time but we could submit out bills to Household pet. What a bunch of c**p that was. My mother waited over six months to get only half of that money back. The Giardia continued every couple of weeks at the vet. We did not get anywhere with the pet shop. We finally gave up. My mother was so disgusted, upset, angry etc.


My mother did not need to go through this agravation not someone was had just lost her pet and has cancer on top of everything else. My mother was unable to handle the constant trips to the vet inbetween her trips to her dr. We had to give Daisy up. We gave her to the Watchung Mountain Poodle Club. She was adopted and she is in a good home. My mother is still paying off the bill for purchasing Daisy.
