This company targets timeshare owners or vacation club members...they have names and email addresses and make offers to purchase timeshare or memberships for thousands above the purchase price. They send fictitious contracts and demand commission fees to be paid via wire transfer to their bank in Mexico.
I contacted the leasing office of 6464 Sunset Blvd in Hollywood CA - this is the address listed on their website, emails and documents. The leasing manager states this company does NOT lease space in the building, and never has. Their website has fake photos and lots of typos!
When we refused to proceed with their 'offer' - they sent an email threatening legal action and requested a 'breach of contract hearing' at their office if we didn't pay them a 12% cancellation fee!
Don't listen to these frauds! It's too good to be true!

International Luxury Events & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam
AUTHOR: DeborahM - ()

We got a call from International Luxury Events. They had buyers ready to buy our Royal Elite timeshare. We paid an upfront fee of $598 expecting to hear in the next day or so that our timeshare had been sold. So far, we have not received on phone call back. When we call them, they are not available to talk. Please check out these "people" thoroughly before giving them any money. They are very convincing. There should be a law that the money should be returned since they represented themselves in so many ways
