International Marketing Group Will Steal Your Money To Sell Your Timeshare!! Stay Away!!!!! Boca Raton, Florida

WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!

International marketing group is just another boiler room sitting somewhere in south florida stealing peoples money in the same vein as universal marketing solutions, creative vacation solutions, premier timeshare solutions etc, etc.

They called me up and told me they already had a buyer for my westgate lakes property (really?  I didnt authorize you to sell it how could you have a buyer?)  Just to heart there BS pitch I allowed them to pitch me.  They told me closing takes 30-45 days (closing actually takes 24-48 hours and only costs a couple hundred dollars), and that they need $2,838 to cover the title work as well as a deed transfer (thats always handled by a title company, not a marketing company).  They told me to send in a personal check (highly illegal) when i told them no they told me ok then we'll just take a credit card then.  I didn't give them any info because they didnt give me any info on them.  I told them to send me a contract and ill decide what to do.  They emailed me this bogus simple marketing contract taht every other timeshare scam has with different wording and of course its just a marketing contract has nothign to do with selling my property at all.  They also didnt list a license number which is yet anoither red flag.  Always ask for there TC number which is issued by the florida department of agriculture and consumer services (850-488-2221) before you give any info to anyone.

I called the rep back and told him he was a liar and that he had no buyer, he told me if im so confident then pay him because ill get the money back if it does sell and ill get it back if it doesnt sell.  YES that was actually his rebuttal, these scam artists think there so slick.

Anyway i basically told him to lose my number and he harrased me calling me a man with no manhood, and im a stupid idiot because im turning down trying to sell my property with someone who has already sold it.  He then hung up in my face and continued to call everyday for about a week at all times of the day.

Ive had to change my home phone number because they won't stop harrasing me.  Please, if International marketing group calls you, HANG UP IMMEDIATELY.  there no different than any other company out there and just want your money and youll never hear from them again.

If you really wanna sell your property, do research and try and find a company that actually actively markets your property, through magazines, radio, tv, and anything like that. 

ILL SAY AGAIN, NO ONE CAN HAVE A BUYER BEFORE YOUR GIVING THEM AUTHORIZATION TO, SO PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VERY FRADUELENT COMPANY!
