International Masters Publishing Fraudulently claiming unpaid orders, refusal to correct recdords when presented with proof of payment, refusal to answer phone messages, Montoursville, Pennsylvania

Continued dunning letters for alleged unpaid product.  Refusal to acknowledge phone calls and letters to correct their error.  Previous letters included payment information showing payment of claimed moneys owed. 

Complaint filed with BBB which was responded to with continued denial of receiving any communique from myself, response to BBB included copies of invoice numbers, check numbers issued to clear invoices claimed not paid and well as extracts from bank statements showing they processed my checks, as well as copy of previous communication with them showing that they were lying to the BBB. 

They use an electronic means of clearing checks which conveniently, for them, results in no physical check being returned to drafter. They also do not seem to offer the option of acquiring the complete set of discs at one time at a set price.  Prices were raised during the time of my shipments of discs.

Customer service is non responsive. While the product (DVD's on foreign countries) is acceptable quality, it is not worth the price.  These were being purchased for a grand child. 

This is a rotten company who just doesn't seem to give a d**n about honesty in doing business, as I am finding from the large number of negative reviews about them

I am also filing with the US Postal authorities asking for an investigation of this firm as to me this behavior is compatible with mail fraud
