The site http://www.diplomaticsecondpassport.com and a person calling himself "Dr. Markus Simonsen" claims to be able to provide diplomatic appointments with all priveleges and a diplomatic passport.

I ordered such a service, and the terms were 30% in advance, and 70% later. So I paid 4500 USD per wire-transfer.

The position was to be a honorary consul or attache position for the country of Guatemala to Finland. I later changed my mind, and a full refund was promised at all times if I had a change of heart. At first this "Dr. Simonsen" was very trustworthy and kind in his replies to all my questions. And when I asked for the refund, it was promised to be on my account in a matter of days. It never came. Then this "Dr. Markus Simonsen" never responded to my emails again.

Angry of this I exposed his fraud scheme on a site at http://www.gafa.us but just recently this "Dr. Markus Simonsen", this time posing as "Dr. Eric Hoffman" sent me a death threat, that two Russians are waiting in Riga for confirmation from him to have me eliminated, if I don't remove the site with all the info on his fraud. On the site was even an official letter from the embassy of Guatemala, confirming that this "Dr. Markus Simonsen" and his site is a fraud.

The bank to which I paid is Wells Fargo in the US. My local bank tried to retrieve my funds on grounds of fraud, but Wells Fargo refused to pay. The account was in the name of Global Direct LLC, and a note of "Alfa Marino" was to be added to the wire transfer.

I made a report to the FBI through their internet site, but it's so slow, that I fear that this person will never be caught. I managed to have his site shut down twice with help of understanding ISP's, but now the domain has just been moved to another hosting provider, and it is still open.

Because of the death threats, I fear that I no longer have the strength of will to continue to try an put this "Dr. Simonsen" or "Dr. Hoffmann" out of business and to track them down.

I really need help on this case.

I have the bank account number, email correspondence and of course the death threaths. Also my receipt of payment to this crook.

So if there are others out there who have fallen victim to these kinds of diplomatic passport promises, report it to the FBI also.

The death threats and the other emails from "Dr. Markus Simonsen" all originate from the same IP, which points to San Jose. I sent an email to the Police in San Jose, but have not as of yet received an answer.

On the positive side, my local British Embassy has informed several national governments of this problem, but nothing is still being done - atleast not to my knowledge.

Due to the death threats I now have to carry a firearm, and that's not so nice - in fact it really causes sincere anxiety to be looking over once shoulder all the time.
