My friend is a former employee that actually worked in the office. They are surely scam artist. Their accounting practices they use evade the actual hours their hour employees work. They make you work with no lunch break. Their are in violation of the Fair Labor Laws. My friend has evidence.

They offered my friend a higher wage by using the annual salary total in an offer letter. When they got a pay stub it was not the wage that was offered. It was significantly lower. My friend disputed the wage and was fired. They will be pursing legal action for being fired out of retaliation.

If you do more research you will find that the have at least 2 class action suits against them. The owner, disbarred attorney, John Burgess has sexual harrassment suits againt him as well.

When my friend went to apply for unemployment, the unemployment worker showed her a hughe file full of other IPA victims as well as they said they had a relative that worked their and John Burgess was supposed to be arrested but he wrote out a check to the Illinois State Attorney.
