I contracted 1st National Marketing to advertise my Timeshare. They claimed to have buyers lined up waiting to buy, and even offered a money back guarantee.
My Timeshare never sold. I tried to contact them many times but they never answered my emails.
I checked out the BBB and found they have many complaints. I guess I should have checked earlier and saved myself a lot of money.
I recently sent an email to them demanding a refund and was told the company had been sold to a new company and is now called International Resort Concepts.
I went to their new web page and surprise; its the same old web site, just a new name. I contacted them fro a refund and they told me the will not honor old contracts, but they still advertise my property. So I told them to remove my property and they refused. So it looks like they are just filling up their database with trash so it looks like they do a lot of business, but they are a rip off.
I suggest you avoid 1st national Marketing and International Resort Concepts. They are the same rip off company.

Being that your not even a client of international resort concepts the complaints and suggestions you are making about the company are not credible. Your rederict about how this company operates almost stems from that your either a competitor of international resort concepts or a former bitter employee who was fired from the company. My suggestion to you would be to move on with your life or at least get one and stop spending all your time throwing companies under the bus when you have no concrete evidence or proof of yourself.

In July some posted this comment about how good International Resort Concepts is:
They got my property details together and about over 2 months they were able to sell my property with no commission on the back end and processed all the paper work for me as well and did the deed and title changes. I was very happy with the results and turnaround time as I hear the timeshare business though has a poor rap and there are some bad apples. Anyways I thought I would file a rebuttal seing as a I forgot the website and punched it on google and this came up. I dont know what this person is talking about exactly but they are a good company to work with and definately not a scam in my mind.
Assuming this is a legitimate response from an International Resort Concepts customer, I see a major issue:
As this customer states above, International Resort Concepts handled all the paperwork, including deed and title changes. The odd thing is their site states they are an on-line Timeshare advertising company only and NOT a realtor, but if what this customer states is true, then they are acting as a realtor and are in violation of practicing Real Estate Sales without a license.
Something is wrong with this company, and it is obvious they should be avoided.

You state that International Resort Concepts had a convention a year and a half ago. Interesting since the company was only incorporated in April of 2008, and before that the website was for 1st National Marketing.
In another post on another site, someone had stated thay spoke to a Mr Clauss at 1st National Marketing who told them the company was sold in January of 2008 to International Resort Concepts.
If you research everything about this International Resort Concepts then you will find it did not exist 1 and 1/2 years ago.
So it is most likely that your positive report is from one of the insiders at this rip off company, and they are trying to make the company look good.
Do your self a favor and check them, and any other timeshare operation completely.

I was contacted by international resort concepts over a year and a half ago through their exhibit and showroom they had at a resort tradeshow and convention in Orlando. They had a good presentation there and good looking details so I tried them out to sell my timeshare that I owned in las vegas. They got my property details together and about over 2 months they were able to sell my property with no commission on the back end and processed all the paper work for me as well and did the deed and title changes. I was very happy with the results and turnaround time as I hear the timeshare business though has a poor rap and there are some bad apples.
