International securities management Attempted Fraud Massapequa Rd. New York

I also recieved a letter from Jim Rurherford in the Accounts Payable Office of International securities management.  He claims I have been awarded a Check or Cash equivilent in Lieu.  All I needed to do was mail them $20.00  by cask or check.

I was to be awarded 4,320,000.00 

How could they verify my identity with cash?  But i'll be damned if im mailing my checking account number.

Since December i have recieved phone call and letters from at least 50 different companies claiming  I had one alot of money.  All wanted money.  If these were real I would have won over $100,000,000.00 just this year.  This is getting anoying, about 3-5 calls per day.  And i have had them cuss me out for not believing them.
