...from SIX letters DEMANDING either a REFUND or my OWN work be sent back to me.

I kind of knew from the get-go that this seemed shady, but I should have known or thought better then. I like their come-on tag line..."YOU'VE BEEN INVITED TO A CONVENTION"...BUT at MY COST? Invitations are extended...and since when do I have to pay for my OWN works, especially in the form of a plaque?

The other funny thing is that this "society" uses such celebrities as Florence Henderson (gee, Mrs Brady, I hope you aren't victim to this scam either!) and the Shirelles (of all people!!). I thought to myself "WOW...I COULD have met Mrs Brady in person!!" but after realizing what a sham Poetry.com is, I feel like they have been used as larks...if they ever did show up for a convention...if there was one...or ever will be one...but all I ask is MY REFUND of $84.95 and MY WORKS back PLEASE. If I do not hear (which I think I probably never will) back I am considering filing theft by deception charges against ISP. I have seen all the dirty laundry on them so far and another complaint only adds fuel to the fire, in my opinion.

THANKS A LOT, ISP...for not only stealing my treasured works, but for CHEATING THOUSANDS out of their hearts, minds, and souls. Poetry is personal and NOT for commercial gain, like you all have done. ANY APOLOGIES? Probably not.

I hope this stays with your "society" for the rest of your lives, in your consciences. Remember the ten commandments..."THOU SHALT NOT STEAL."
