International Tax Advisors D/b/a ITA IPA IBA Warning: Unlicensed Practice of Law, Fraudulent Tax Law Credentials, ABA Inquiry Pending Buffalo Grove Illinois

If you are newly licensed attorney recruited in anticipation of huge profits at the "International Tax Advisors" (ITA) recognize that you are joining an organization at the peril of never practicing law again. As Mark Geragos once said, "I'm not yet ready to hand over my license to practice to you" -- and this should definitely be your attitude before finally committing to an employment relationship with what has to be one of the most professionally irresponsible attorney associations in the history of the Illinois Bar.

Truth be told, ITA is the subject of numerous complaints on several state licensing boards, the foremost of which is the nation's largest (California), although several of the "TSD's" or "tax service directors" have disciplinary complaints pending at other Bar associations, e.g., Illinois, Pennsylvania, et al. By associating yourself with such individuals, you run the risk of being part of the attorney's general round-up of the entire organization (a la Enron) when the sh-- really does hit the fan at ITA/IPA/IBA as it certainly someday will.

Don't be a victim of the "birds of the feather" theory of prosecution! As far as the enormous commissions are concerned (to say nothing of the reimbursement of your rental cars, hotels, so-called per diems, etc.) -- forget about it, you will never see a penny.

Furthermore, you will subject yourself (assuming you really are a "tax lawyer" as opposed to the barracks room attorneys who staff this elaborate Ponzi scheme)to some of the most abject humiliation and harassment that could ever be imagined for a post-doctoral trained professional. New staffers amongst the TSD's include a freshly-minted J.D. without the slightest knowledge of corporate taxation (to say nothing of partnership or probate) who comes to ITA with one primary function: intimidation. He will call you in the middle of the night; he will call your wife at home; he will interrupt you on the toilet (if you even have the time during your "training" c*m indoctrination at IPA to even use one); he will attempt to scare and intimidate you until such time that you say, rightfully: "No job is worth this kind of B.S.!"

As a former "gangsta" from the south side of Chicago (and as a new accession to Mr. Burgess' "diversity recruiting" at IPA), "Donald Gxaxrxnxexr, J.D." does his job well. At least at the present time.

If you have been defrauded by ITA as a small business owner, or if you have been subject to unlawful or tortious behavior as an employee, please consider an official complaint filed at one of the principal licensing authorities on which several of these phony "tax lawyers" practice: Pennsylvania. Both of these individuals are committing too many attorney ethics violations to inventory here on such a short thread; nonetheless, at the top of the inventory would be the encouragement and assistance of Donald's ethics violations above-mentioned, as well as the assistance in the unlicensed practice of a self-proclaimed "former CIA official", one Mr. John Mxuxrxnxaxnxe. Whether John's antics constitute the impersonation of a Federal officer or agent is, however, a subject for another day.
