This is the classic HARRY OMEROS scam. He's successfully taken $40,000 from my client by the usual racket of selling worthless certificates for $10,000 a pop. Harry used a variety of alias to hook my client in. The first one was his girlfriend who sold the 'investment opportunity' to my client. The first $10,000 certificate returned a healthy return of $500 in the first week. Then in came Harry using his alliases to upgrade the 'certificate'. You got it! Yep three more certificates at $10,000 a pop and then - zip communication. Nice con Harry! As a debt collector I want everyone to know that this shark is out there circling. Harry has to be stopped and put in jail along with his equally dishonest girlfriend.
