The Travel Network Connection and related Marketing company (calling themselves Smart Marketing, INC) have not delivered as promised.

ITC will build you a web site alright. Smart Marketing then contacts you to sell you advertising to get traffic to your web site. In the end, no one ever comes to your web site, you never sell a thing, and these two companies take you for thousands of dollars.

When you start to complain, they will stop calling you back, or if they do call you, they will offer to 'make it up to you' by selling you even more advertising. There are many people who apparently work for 'Smart Marketing' and you will be shuffled around until the 90 days that you have to ask for your money back from your credit card company has passed.

Lisa Olson is the real owner of Smart Marketing, Inc., a marketing consulting company that does corporate brand analysis and writes marketing plans out of home office in Tigard, Oregon, a suburb of Portland, Oregon. Lisa is a one woman show that has nothing to do with building or advertising web sites in the travel industry. Brandon Craig & company use Smart Marketing, INC., address and Better Business Bureau rating to legitimize themselves to people all over the United States. I've heard from six different people who collectively have lost upwards of $50,000 to these people.

So, if you ever hear of International Travel Connection, Smart Marketing or Brandon Craig, Steve, run, don't walk away from these people. If you have already given them money, report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Arizona and Oregon Attorney Generals. These guys must be stopped and brought to justice.
