Orderd Tia brand Wigs online on 02.02.15. Today 23.02.15 items still not arrived. Paid by credit card. When I enquired as to where my order was by email, I rudely dealt with a reply such as "It was shipped when they sent you the email. As stated on our website, if you do not order express, surface airmail can take weeks or even months to arrive. We have no control over the speed of your post, sorry. Thanks  when I stated I no longer want goods that can take months to get to me and for them to stop delivery and redirect back to themselves and that I will be seeking legal action was greeted by remarks such as " there is no way to stop it or direct it to ourselves, dont be absurd we are happy to reply with our legal action to yours. get a grip!"   and when I again made it clear I want my credit card refunded and that if items do eventually arrive I will refuse/eject items, they replied "you ordered, we sent, no refund" and when I sent them their section from their website on rejected items on  Refusal Of Delivery/Incorrect Address
