I ordered two orders of fusion hair from international wig.com through Google check out on January 23rd. After three days of no communication I contacted the seller to inquire about my order. I was promptly replied to and told to look at the shipping page of their web site. I did and this is what I found "Note that 99.9% of all times, all hair extensions and fusion tools are in stock and ship the day after you pay. This includes Shrinkies, micro rings, needles, clamps, and such. Normal time to get those items is only a week, on average. " I sent this to the seller and asked what the normal shipping time was for the hair extensions as what I was reading was telling me that they should've already shipped. They very rudly replied hello our website does not state that sorry it clearly says orders take 14 business days to get. our orders process for 1-2 WEEKS, arriving on the THIRD week, (14 days!) as clearly explained the only exeption is fusion TOOLS PLEASE read our website ship info! your order is not shipping till far later in the week, and will arrive exactly on time as stated on site. you will be emailed when it ships. till it ships, there is nothing to email you thank you!"
I wrote them back and told them that there was no need to be so rude - espcially to a new customer who had just dropped over $200 at their site. They then responded that I would need to get my product somewhere else and cancelled my orders. I will never shop here agian (truly their loss as I spend thousands of dollars a year on hair products) and I will do my best to let every one that I know and even those that I don't know never to shop here as they are unreasonable and rude!

I have done business with International Wig many times. I have always found their service to be quick, friendly, and helpful, and they always ship very quickly. I have never had a bad experience with International Wig, and they have very high quality products. Please don't allow your opinion about them to be influenced by the negative report that you see above. I love ordering from them and I love their friendly customer service.
