I would highly recommend not buying a vehicle from Internet Auto in Boise. I recenty went to trade in my vehicle and had a horrible experience. First I tried to get a lot of things done through the internet and phone. I should have stopped there because I could not get any real answers until I went down there (that is how they get you in).

So I went looking for one type of vehicle and after waiting over an hour they came back and did not have any that would fit in with what I wanted. So they had me look at another type. It was a decent vehicle so I said ok. I had already told them what kind of payment I wanted and that I had no money to put down.

After several more hours I let them talk me into the vehicle for $500 down and a payment that would work. They promised to let me write 2 checks and the first would be deposited in 2 weeks and the other 2 weeks after that. At the bottom of the form it said O.A.C. I had been through this before and said I wanted to make sure that I was already approved. The salesman said absolutely and the only thing is that I might have to come back and resign for a better interest rate. The original interest rate wat like 15%.

So a week later they call me to come re-sign the documents. Here is where it goes bad. When I get there to resign the guy I am supposed to meet makes me wait 10 minutes while he finishes his cigarette. While I am waiting I see him direct sales people who bring vehicles in off the lot and block in my vehicle. Ok kind of weird. Then we sit down. They tell me they got me approved but the finance company was going to charge an additional $2,800 just to carry the loan. The new interest rate was 24%. So the payment was $130 higher than before. Yea right. Not to mention the tried to deposit the 2 checks causing me $105 in returned check and overdraft fees. They say they will pay it back, but I am not holding my breath. Since this incident I have talked to many others with similiar experiences.

Car dealers are bad enough, but this one is horrible. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else if you are buying a car. These people are a joke. Salesman John is a liar and Adelle is a rude and obnoxius individual.
