I ordered a side mirror from the site for my car and was initially optimistic in that the detail of information on the site about removal/installation was very useful.  However, I first became suspicious of the site when they claimed there would be no receipt or confirmation emailed to me.  I then never received the product.  So, I emailed twice and called several times (left message on voicemail once, other times no voicemail, other times voicemail full).  They even have a "Chat online with customer service" option which was always 'Offline'.  So, I challenged the charge with my credit card company, got refunded, and the company didn't even challenge it back. 
Do not use this company.
