My husband and I bought our laptop through this company in June of 2004. From the beginning I kept telling my husband that this computer was not working properly. My husband passed away in June of this year (2005).
I started trying to get in touch with this company shortly thereafter because the battery died and when you flip up the monitor it is not making contact and you have to move it around until the screen lites up.
I just today found this site and was so shocked to find out that a so called reputable company has ripped so many people off.
I want to be in line to get these people because we paid an additional $120.00 for a 2 year extended warranty.
If anyone would like to let me know their input on this I would be more than glad to hear from them. I am so mad that I am shaking.
