INTERNET TREASURE CHEST ripoff Lebanon Tennessee

We ordered this from an infomercial and after looking at their website. This is basically just a template for how to set up a website. They do not tell you about the charges you would incur for web hosting. We started getting requests from a multitude of companies wanting to host our website. After we set the site up and did a search you couldn't find it anywhere. We did not ask for our initial money back but we did refuse to pay the hosting fees after we cancelled our account. We could not get them to stop billing so we had the credit card quit accepting their charges. We recently got a letter telling us we owed them money or they would start 'proceedings'.

I wrote them a scathing letter and told them to just try to collect. I would welcome them here in Alabama with a judge. I reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection. This worse than SMC and certainly as bad if not as expensive as Carlton Sheets which is also a huge rip off.
