INTERNETPROFITPACKET.NET MISLEADING ,UNCLEAR, INFORMATION Cheyenne, Wyoming

I am reporting 3 issues about this company: 1) is the value charged to my credit card, I was feeling out the spaces to register in the Internetprofitpacket site and the value for the software was USD 97,00 but my visa was charged 202,99 usd, for an accelarrated software version I did not require. Point 2) is that I am not satisfied with the product because it is very complex, and in spite of reviewing it over and over step by step, I cannot succeed doing it. I contacted the mentor but all he advises is to follow the steps one by one and I end up the same as I started. Just do not understand it, can't do it.Point 3) I was mislead to believe that the I the registration included surveys and translations, but no, the 2 items were separate and had to pay more money if I wanted the surveys. I feel frauded, that is why I keep asking Emily Andeson for my refund, but she just kept advising to contact the mentor. I did and had no better results.
