I purchased a 91 mustang from "Steve" and "Tony" back in February. Before I payed it off the plase closed without notice. I had Tony's cell phone number and he arranged to meet me several times in a convienant store parking lot and told me to bring cash. After having the car for less than 2 months the transmission went out and had to be replaced. Three months later I have not received the title. I have Steves cell phone number but all i get are run-arounds and dropped promises to meet me with the title. I think that he pocketed the money and doesnt even have it. He is presently selling more cars on craigs list. if anyone needs steves cell phone number because he ripped you off too, than e-mail me. I could use some help inknowing what i should do to get the title. I have proof that the car was payed in full.
