Why are these people not in jail yet?!?!?
Scott, Norma and Carl Higgs and at it again in their latest scam! They now call themselves "Interstate Distributors." ALL DRIVERS BEWARE!!!
They are no longer leasing the trucks out, But are hiring company drivers to drive the same old trucks! The heaters do not work in most of their over 1,000,000 mile plus truck, they have so many DOT violations on them that DOT inspectors don't even bother to inspect the trailers. They simply stop when they're notpads and ticket books are full!!
And when it comes time to p/u your check, they tell you that they mailed it. when you do FINALLY recieve it in the mail, their bank (Blue Ridge Bank and Trust) will not cash these checks. The company simply tells you to deposit them into YOUR bank account. or they tell you to go to a check cashing place. THESE CHECKS ARE MOSTLY RUBBER!!! With a smattering of bullshit added for ink coloration.
I wanted to add the name these scoundrels are currently using as I did not find it listed anywhere.
PLEASE GOD PUT THESE CRIMINALS BEHIND BARS WHERE THEY BELONG!!!

I WAS LEFT AT A WEIGH STATION TWICE. BECAUSE, OF THE CONDITION OF THE TRUCK I WAS DRIVING FOR THEM. I HAD NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL THEY HAD ME TO TAKE THIS TRUCK OUTSIDE OF KANSAS CITY. I GOT STOPPED AT 2 WEIGH STATIONS BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE TRUCK LOOKED. THESE TRUCKS ARE HELD TOGETHER WITH BAILING WIRE AND BUBBLE GUM. I DROVE ONE THAT HAD BROKE DOWN ON ME TWICE IN ONE DAY. BECAUSE, THEY HAD UNHOOKED THE RIGHT SIDE FUEL TANK AND PUT PLASTIC PLUGS ON THE ENDS OF THE LINES. IT KEPT RUNNING OUT OF FUEL. I WAS BROKE DOWN FROM 2:45P TILL 10:00 PM. I GOT A $175.00 LOG BOOK TICKET BECAUSE THEY HAVE YOU RUN AS LONG AS YOU CAN.
SO, THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED, I JUST LEFT THE TRUCK THERE AND QUIT.
