Interstate Dodge Rip Off Service Dept. West Monroe Louisiana

Do not bring your vehicle to this service department.  My husband brought his Dodge 3500 here, his air conditioner went out.  They told him it would be a few days before they could get to it and he said okay.  A few days went by and he didn't hear from them, so he called.  He was told they would get to it soon, TWO weeks and they still  had not done a thing.  He went up there when he could get the time off of work and was told, well Mr. Prather, our machine is down and we don't know when we can fix your truck.  All this time he was having to pay for a rental car and they didn't care one bit.  He was so mad, he took his truck to another place and they had it ready the next day.  If these people would have told us from the beginning their machine was down, we would have never left the truck.  To us that just shows they do not care about anything but themselves.
