 I also have been screwed by this company, I am owed two weeks pay plus reimbursement for my own supplies that I had to use to complete actually to perform the repair, I spoke with dispatch and they ok'ed it, just call Dawn and she will take care if it- NOT she doesn't and wont, I required and requested parts and supplies, I faxed a list and made several calls, I was told the parts are had to be ordered, get real, they are the most common parts, (light cords,air lines brake chambers,etc.) Then was told the parts were ready but I never picked them up, another blatant lie, the guy running the shop lies, certain dispatchers lie and make the jobs harder, never get contact info or description of failure, just complete circus, they pass the blame, They have the nerve to say tools are missing and they wont pay you because the stuff is missing, when the stuff was never there, they supply you with harbor frieght junk, the van is junk, the company is a joke, no communication, I HIGHLY recommend NOT working for this company, they are truly a despicable company, they will screw you over, this is a pattern as you can see from other peoples complaints, the owner or whoever will respond to these complaints will lie, hopefully the proper government officials will see step in and shut them down to all past employees I am looking into a class action lawsuit, hopefully you will get involved and help this rotten company get what it deserves. Do not work for this company they will definitely screw you over this is not a coincidence it is a fact, its shameful they are like this.
