This Mickey Mouse Operation known as INTERWRX.COM, located in Mesa AZ should be avoid at all cost. First, their interent service is about as good as two cans and a string! Emails are not received either going or coming due to the blacklisting and whitelisting of who ever they want. The customer has no control over spamming. Your just out of luck with their email service. Their connection seems to be down majority of time.
The company appears to be cheap in all regards to their equipment and uneducated, severly idiotic staff they have there. The techs know nothing, Accounting staff thinks 2 + 2 = 27. If they company took their heads ot of their colons, they be suprisingly still unempt and skillful as a amoeba! Wise up dumb asses, the customer is always right! And for goodness sake learn how to run a IT company. Mesa does electricity to run your business!

The above Customer's only interaction with the company was an email only account which was supposed to be $4.00 per month.
Before his credit card was even charged he called, spoke with me and became enraged that we filter spam emails for our customers. When I explained that we had not charged his card and could simply discontinue the service if he was not happy he became even more upset and abusive. He demanded we leave his unpaid service on or he would report us to a tv consumer advocate.
The Customer then called back when the service was shut down and became even more enraged and threatened again to report us to a lawyer and consumer advocate. I was unable to have a complete conversation with customer as I was hung up on twice. This Customer was never a paying customer and has no
knowledge of any services except for e-mail which he only use for a few days without issue (we received no other calls or complaints from him) other than the spam filter. If there is any proof otherwise please submit it here.
I would have liked to have had an opportunity to speak about the issues with above person, if I had been given the chance and not insulted, threatened and hung up on.
We have had no other complaints or issues with customers using our email services at this time.
