IntlMove David Etzion Rip Off, Scam, Extortion, Fraud, Lies, Bad Customer Service, Miami, Florida

We Received curbside to door-moving quote from intlmove.com in 01/2012. From Oregon to Finland. Quote was $1900 for 100 cubic feet maximum and I decided to go for it. Paid a $500 non-refundable deposit by Visa as requested. Later on, prior to the pickup paid the remaining balance by bank wire transfer as they requested. Carefully measured a 100 CFT space in my garage where I packed my moving boxes and when all packing was done my boxes filled about 2/3 of the 100 CFT.

March 26th 2012, The trucking company called Estes Express Line arrived at my residence pick up my boxes.  Driver was unaware that it was a residential pick up and was not equipped nor properly informed, therefore I had to personally help him to load his truck with my boxes. This driver was actually a subcontractor for the company who was the subcontractor for intlmove.

On April 3rd, Me and my family flew out of U.S. to our new home country assuming everything went well.

April 5th, After arriving I received an email where intlmove stated my shipment was put on hold in FLORIDA because it exceeded 100 CFT by 75 CFT or so and it would not leave until we pay them for erroneous overflow charges and a balance of $1490.

After trying to resolve this issue with the operation department via email it lead nowhere. I called the owner/manager (David Etzion) of intlmove and he said the shipment will not leave until we pay. And also said if we don't pay by Friday the 20th, it would be put on storage which would cost additional $500 a day.

David agreed to send photos of our boxes which they had wrapped in two pallets, but I replied telling I needed calculations and measurements pictures of these pallets because they can tell me anything. So far no response. By now, there is also a $500 holding fee they are charging, and storage fees are continuing to mount.
 
We received pictures of our two pallets from intlmove and indeed the packing was not correctly packed in which it appears to be actually over the 100cbft. 

We disputed the measurements with the FMC.  The FMC sent out a rep and before the rep got there we received via email the new measurements, and now it larger than they previously states in which is going to cost us 185 dollars more. 

The FMC did nothing to stop this, Intl even re-wrapped our cargo with black wrapping this time and still the FMC turned away and claimed they are within their industry standards.

So, my wife was really afraid that we would loose all of our belongings so i agreeded to pay. 

After I paid the additional 1891.00$ they sent me another email, claiming I am 25 dollars short and our belongs will not ship...  The only way they will accept pay is via wire transfer and which is bogus, since we actually paid with credit card.

We are all paid up with intl move and they are holding our belonging due to they dont have a full cargo container.  This can take up to month and the FMC claims they are within the industry standards...   what a f*cking joke...
