Intoxalock defective breathalyzer, rolling test every 5minutes has caused me to miss blowing on time, has gone off several times on the road showing a bac of .38 then .32 right infront of cop that saw how bad this device is then went back to .00 now in on lock out & they will charge me $75 plus ill have to have my truck towed because the new unit wont arrive till 5 days after lockdown along with the times i was afraid i was going to get shot at for honking my horn and cant pull over, & all the times i crossed the center line & into the ditch while panicking to blow. how many people will die or be hurt over this darn device before its fixed? I have job to get to on time and i may loose it over this device. also good luck talking to the management . I learned my lesson on drinking & driving but i think legislation should try the intoxalock out themselves. dont use this company if you care about your & the other drivers & pedestrians safety . Just to set the record straight a supervisor did call me back about my issues with the wrongful charges and sent out a new IID right away and they also covered the $45 UPS charge and all went well so far. Next I will have to see if they charge me for the lock out problem. If they do charge me they are in the wrong if they dont then all is good with me. I just hope there will be no more problems. I do believe that IID units are a good idea except they need to not have you do the rolling test as often after the first one and they need to give you more time to blow when they do go off because it is dangerous to have to panic in traffic or at crosswalks especialy when its freezing and pedestrians run not walk in front you and when the roads are slippery and one wrong move and CRASH.

I will update my report soon because there are alot of people that have been wronged  by our legal system especially when you cant afford a good attorney. I personaly got the shaft over the BAC while I was driving and by the time I had blood drawn my BAC was more than tripple than while I drove home a short distance. There was 3 factors that played into that 1 was I had just had a shot then left right away 2 was the doctor perscribed medications I take & 3 the time laps until my blood was drawn. My public defender told me not to fight it because I would be punished worse and would have to take it to a jury trial and hire all kinds of specialist.

Yesturday a superviser called me about my issues with my interlock & told me I wont be charged for sending my recalabrated system out over night, cost of $45. So im thankful for that but ill have to wait now to see if they will not bill me the extra charge for the lockdown issue. It all depends if they find something wrong with it ??? I will try to delete my report ASAP for the sake of the company.  I tried last night but no luck with that yet, Although I did mention to the company (intoxalock) that they should workout some of the bugs in the unit. It seems that they care . DONT DRINK & DRIVE its not worth the risk, & without the interlock systems the roads will be more deadly.I did post a report about Intoxalock a day ago when I felt that I was not going to get any help from them and so far I was wrong.
