Intuit Quickbooks Online Intuit, Quickbooks, Quickbooks online. They keep charging my monthly even though I canceled my account August 3rd, 2017. They will not honor my cancellation. Internet
On August 3rd, 2017 our company switched from Quickbooks online service to Quickbooks desktop service. We cancelled the online service. Quickbooks has continued to charged us a monthly fee for their online service even though it's been cancelled. We have fought with them for over a year and each time we call they tell us "your service is cancelled" and we will refund you the charges. We never got one refund. This has been going on now for nearly a year. Today their supervisor (Victor) told me he cannot issue any refunds. Super disappointed in this company and how we've been ripped off. As though it's their plan all along ~ keep charging my credit card until we call and get a promise of a refund. This is not how I expected a company like Quickbooks to treat us because after all we are still a good loyal customer of theirs. I am compelled to tell the whole word to be careful for this situation and this company!
