I signed up December 10, 2012. They kept downloading my data and I checked to make sure it was downloading periodically. Then when I went to do my taxes and end of year financial reports in March 2014, I discovered that the beginning of the year's data was totally missing. At least 6 months of data is gone! They lost it and can't get it back. Warning, do not trust Quickbooks Online with your data.
