Intuit TurboTax Turbo Tax Intuit Turbotax scam artists and no help San Diego California

I have been using turbotax since 1998 and have had no problem with them until now. I paid around $95.00 for 2019 and around $95.00 for 2020 Turbotax Home And Business.

I installed both years on my computer from their CD a year after the tax year due. My roommate was able to complete his taxes for both years.

However when I try to open up 2019 and 2020 I need to put in an license code which I have listed in the CD Box.

But it get an error:

There was an error with validating your license code, please try again. Error Code: 630

I have tried re entering the license code at least 25 times for both 2019 and 2020 but continue to get this error.

I read on the Internet that Turbo Tax had problems with their license code activation in both 2019 and 2020.

I read that if you call turbotax they will give you a different code so you can use the software you paid for.

I called turbotax and spoke to customer service and was told they coud not get me a code that would work.

So now I'm oput close to $200.00 for software I can not use.

The customer service rep told me I would need to pay a Tax professional to be able to get my taxes finished.

TYhey claim on their website that they do everything possible to help their paying customers. 

Thats a big fat lie.
