The complaint I have today. I filled out my taxes online. I look for the free online file. I went through all the steps. At the end. He stated that I would pay $14.99 for Minnesota state filing. I agree to that, but they charged me extra $49 that I did not agree to say something is free and they advertise free tax service, it should be free. No hidden agendas. I am mad about this and I want others to know.

You did not mention the IRS forms that you used, but normally the 'free' part of TurboTax and others is if you use ONLY form 1040-EZ. If you used any other form or schedule then the 'free' no longer applies. There is a disclaimer on the websites that state what is free and what isn't. If you did only file 1040-EZ then you have a valid complaint.
