Inventel (As Seen On TV) Dash Cam Pro Will not ship my order or issue a refund even though I paid to insure the order. Internet

This company has bad customer service. They refuse to let supervisors know when they are being requested. They pretty much stick to the script like robots.

I had ordered 2 of the Dash Cam Pro cameras and the insurance to cover theft and damage in February. One month later I get a call from a number local to me and its a man fast talking me about how he works with the DCP company and my order was ready to ship but "as a great customer" I was for waiting a month, he had this "great opportunity" for me. Fast talking all the way though his pitch of some "free" offer for a discount card. I said ok and I get transferred to a different company (I'm driving at the time) who wants to verify my address and credit card number. 

They want to charge me $35 a month for this dumb discount card. I say I'm driving and the lady was determined. She told me she talks to drivers all the time and they can read the card numbers. But she did add that she wanted me to be safe lol. I declined several times and hung up. 

The next couple of days, I get a box with only ONE camera. I called them and had an insanely difficult conversation with another robot script reading CSR. She promised me a phone call back and I got nothing. It is now end of April and I still have not recieved a camera. 

I call them today and decided to just flow with the script and although it made the call less stressful, it yeilded no result. I got a promise to investigate and return my call by end of the day and they did not.
