I purchased the One-Sweep Broom, and like the other complainant, I was suckered into getting the additional "free" broom. I dealt with a recorded voice and never got the total amount due.

Instead of paying $20 plus a few dollars shipping, I was billed $44.00. I refused delivery but now the company won't refund the $14.00 shipping charge. Rip-off!
