Invention Submission Corporation, Dirt Devil Rip off plus Gave Away my Ideas to others San Diego California

Dearest Sir or Madam; Hi, my name is Mr. Roderick From San Diego California, this is about my own concept about a Broom Vacum that I Sketch and Drawing Design that I Submitted to Invention Submission Corporation about 1993, Talk to Product Manager Armand Aguinaldo, From Clairemont Mesa Former Located in Tustin California and told me that they offered me to invest it and they will just gonna do the rest for advertise go to trade show & selling it to the public, they instantly make me a book and they copyright it, and I paid $560.00 and all they have to do is to sell it to the public and about 6 months they might give me $200,000.00 as 80 percent for me and 20 percent for them, but unfortunately, I have no money to invest it caused they said that I have to invest atleast $6,000 Dollars to proceed the investment which this product came from my Idea,

one day I tried to tell them that I will stop it caused they always charge me $250.00 Everymonth direct from my bank, so I stop it but told them to keep my product number that I designed, but 2 years later, I saw my product Idea on wallmart so I went to BBB and complain, but they didn't do anything at that time & told me just to call the manufacturer, so I Called the Manufacturer, Called Dirt Devil, but they just deny that they didn't copy it and just hang me up on the phone, but after that, they stop selling it, but then after Ten years, I saw it again on Target and long drugs, until now 2007, 2008 they sell it on the internet, I saw it on Albertson,

almost any store, in short these company Invention submission Corporation, gave it away to Dirt Devil, or the ISC invest it by themselves to use the Dirt Devil to Manufactured it and make them Rich, they never even ask me as the original person who got this Idea a permission unless they patent it and they erased my book that has a copyright proof that I own this Concept, but I still have my book that they copyright for me. so I don't know If I can stop them to sell this product that they never originally owned. or I can't get anything from them to pay me back, for steeling my own Idea. or they can keep steeling from other persons Idea, and continually to make them rich Illegally.

I Actually Included to this attachment the concept that this ISC, Stole and a sample product that I've got on Target. and my sketch Idea from 1993. In your opinion or advice I don't know if its possible to complain to this situation, or maybe I'm just gonna risk more money, in Lawyers for this litigation. or could be 98 to 100 percent that they will regret what they did.
