I am not the only one!!! After checking court dockets and complaints through the BBB and the Maryland State Police Licensing Section Jerry Donaldson and his son Rick Allan and Belinda are misleading and taking our money. After reading the 2 complaints on this site I thought adding one can't hurt.

In March I contracted with Donaldson to do a simple investigation. His son "Rick Allan" and I chatted about the case and via phone conversation I was told upon my retainer being met I would be notified and I wouldn't be spending without knowing it. Also, the person who administered the contract to me stated they wouldn't go past my retainer without notification. Long story short....(long version available upon request) They went past my retainer, didn't bill immediately like stated in the contract and didn't give me a status report as stated 1 to 2 days after the case was worked. I couldn't contact them and they charged me up for over $8000. I unknowingly payed them $4600 from an account set up for my divorce. Was able to get the bank to get back $1300 for me and now Donaldson is after $5400 more from me. I've never had anything like this happen in my life. They are completely dishonest and out to steal from honest, hardworking folks like me and you. They prey on people like me who are going through a divorce. Maybe a bit anxious to get some info pertaining to the divorce and then they get us to sign a contract we don't quite understand and they breech it and invite you to go after them in court if you can afford it. Most of us can't. Currently 40 cases with Donaldson are active in Maryland Judicial Court. It's all public knowledge on the Maryland Judicial website. You can look up every case and see what he's doing to people. It's unbelievable he's been able to get away with this for so long. He has messed with the wrong guy.....I will not stop until he is exposed for what he is. I don't care what it cost!!! I've personally spoke with 6 people in the last 3 days who he has went after in court. Everyone has the same story with billing. It is wrong and it will stop somehow!!!!If you've hired him stop now!!! If you haven't hired him....DON'T!!!
