Investor Defense Law and Jeremy Hyndman, its founder (InvestorDefenseLaw.com), are a
complete scam, fraudulent and deceptive.
Let’s start by saying that when we started reviewing Investor Defense Law as a potential law
firm to represent our case we were under the impression they had a good workload with a team
of “attorneys across the US” and ”experience” defending investors. A team that possibly had
“several offices” (real locations) and that had a solid long term track record defending cases…..
Well, that wasn’t the case… Everything they claim is a falsified, dishonest, and fraudulent.
Apparently Investor Defense Law (Jeremy Hyndman) is using a cheap Search engine, internet
ranking tool and shared offices spaces to induce and impress investors to hire him and his
“firm”.
In reality, Jeremy Hyndman work experience and track record is extremely limited, making him
inadequate to defend cases, or represent a valid viewpoints on his website which he comments
on with no foundation, evidence, research, experience or knowledge of the case. In fact it
appears that Jeremy Hyndman was not an actual contributor on any of the cases on his web
site (InvestorDefenseLaw.com. Additionally, Jeremy Hyndman and Investor Defense Law don’t
even have true “foot on the ground” to represent investors and their needs. Jeremy Hyndman
seems to only have a “real office” location located in 203 N. Washington St., Suite 200-A
Spokane, WA.
Any investor should know;
1. Jeremy Scott Hyndman passed his bar around 12/2/2014 (1 year and 2 months -
license #300195 - http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Member/Detail/300195) and has no
material experience representing investors.
2. As of 1/1/2016 Investor Defense Law claims to have offices in Los Angeles and Atlanta
(Regus offices, an executive suite) but he is not even registered to do business as a
company in the state of California. ( as per the California secretary of state )
3. Jeremy Scott Hyndman is using “shared locations”/ executive suites to represent
locations nationwide (CA and GA). Feel free to google the addresses on
InvestorDefenseLaw.com (both his LA and GA locations are shared offices for “day

In Conclusion, reader beware the “story” of Investor Defense Law, InvestorDefenseLaw.com
and Jeremy Scott Hyndman are fraudulent. Be careful prior to hiring them/him, as his success,
experience, and even locations are misleading and deceptive. After all, investors come to seek
representation in difficult times, and the last thing we need, is additional pain and financial loss
for believing a service provider (such as legal representation) unable to provide us the help
promised.

This Ripoff Report appears to be a hoax.
Because we deal with bad financial advisors and investment con artists, it is not surprising that someone would attempt to smear this law firm online anonymously.
I would like to make a few quick observations about this Ripoff Report:
1) The claim: I do not have enough experience to counsel victims of financial malpractice and investment fruad.
1a) The truth: This anonymous poster does not have enough actual experience to state whether or not we provide great service. It was not made by an actual client. 2) The claim: Your law firm is a "complete scam" because you sublease executive office space.
2a) The truth: It is true that we sublease our office space in Los Angeles and Atlanta. So what? Our leasing arrangements have no bearing on the quality of legal services we provide. This is a complete red herring. We have long term leases in place in both Los Angeles and Atlanta. The fact that these leases are with an intermediate company rather than directly with the building's owners should matter to... well, no one, actually.
Just this month I: a) tried a FINRA arbitration in Los Angeles; b) met a client at our office in Los Angeles; c) met a client at their home in Los Angeles. The notion that we cannot help investors in Los Angeles is ridiculous. We help investors in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and throughout California, whether we have a nearby office or not.
3) The claim: I am recently admitted to the California Bar, so I do not know enough to help investors.
3a) The truth: I have significant experience in securities litigation and securities arbitration going back to the global financial crisis in 2008. I personally have taken and passed the bar exams for Georgia, Washington, and California. I am a current member of the bar in Georgia, Washington, and California. I have been practicing law for over seven years. It is true that my bar admission in California is the most recent, but the issues that come up time and again in securities litigation and arbitration are similar across jurisdictions. The ratings organization Super Lawyers has rated me as a "Rising Star" for the last few years. I wonder what accolades this anonymous poster has received?
CONCLUSION
Investor Defense Law is not a perfect law firm. But this anonymous, non-client poster has no clue what they are talking about. We do our best to serve our clients. We are proud of our results, and the vast majority of our clients are glad they selected us.
