I was hired on July 3, 2007 by ICC. In order to become an Independent Representative working for ICC I had to pay $2698. I started to find out by July 4th that I had been mislead by some of the fees and charges. When I tried to approach Melissa who was my recruiter she denied it.

In addition, I thoughts this is an independent investors firm but I had been put under constant pressure by Melissa , and Kassia to join Kassia's Branch, which would have made me to work for them. There idea was to transfer my clients to them since I was still under the non-compete agreement with Edward Jones.

That idea made me very uncomfortable, therefore, I objected to that idea and did let Melissa , Kassia and Dave who is the transitional manager know that I will never jeopardize my client's financial interest and trust.

On July 20, 2007, Melissa called and said we are moving you to Kassia's Branch I became very frustrated and annoyed. I demanded a conference call between her, myself and Dave. In that conversation I told Dave who is the transitional manager that I have no desire to transfer to Kassia's Branch and put my client's financial situation at risk with someone else who I don't know.

In that same conference call I told Dave that I like them to reimburse me for those unnecessary charges that Melissa has made me to pay without any explanations. Melissa argument was that I had e-mailed her and confirmed with her of all the charges. I asked them to show me that e-mail. They never did.

That same day Melissa e-mailed me and show me some documents that she had sent to me, but none of those documents I had ever seen from her. That made me becomes more frustrated. Therefore I decided to write them an e-mail and express my frustration.

On July 24, 2007 I got a call from Chief Colplience office and Dave where they have asked me to resign however they will reimburse my money and compensate me for the business cards and the post cards.

I did comply with their requests. However, now he is saying that he never agreed that he will pay me the whole amount back.

I think that is bad business practice hiring people making them to pay you and then force them to resign and then tell them that you only get a portion back.

I demand a full refund since they are the ones who wanted to terminate the relationship and asked me to resign.
