But I know this is a committment on the investor's part too. I've seen people sign up for their course and bee prepared to make offers on properties within 2 weeks. I've seen instructors stay until late at night going through coaching members on building their lead lists and proofing sales contracts. When a member paid over $30,000 to another out-of-state guru weekend course, I've seen the instructors at Investor's United personally interven and negotiate with the other company to get the member almost a complete refund.
