Invicta Invicta Warranty is a Fraud and Sham Florida Florida

I spent $1,000 on an Invicta watch which was purchased on ShopHQ T.V network.  The watch started running real slow and I sent it to Invicta per their warranty.  Invicta received the watch 2 weeks prior to Christmas, it is now St Patricks Day and I still have not received my watch.  Their customer lack of service department has been evasive and blaming the almost 4 month repair time on shipping delays from their vendors.  I will be initiating a small claims suit if I do not receive the watch by the end of March.

All I can say is buying an Invicta product is worthless if you ever expect to have it repaired by their warrany program. Thier service deparment is horrible and their customer service department is a joke.
